<br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that the Commissioner of Revenue's Annual
<br />Report be received as informamion,.and'was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 85-402 Motion so authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the State
<br />Water Control Board ro establish a schedule for providing secondary sewage treatment service
<br />at the Pinners Point Sewage Treatment Plant.

<br />to enter into an agreement with the State Water Control Board to establish a schedule for provid
