It is submitted for your <br />review and information." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that the Commissioner of Revenue's Annual <br />Report be received as informamion,.and'was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 85-402 Motion so authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the State <br />Water Control Board ro establish a schedule for providing secondary sewage treatment service <br />at the Pinners Point Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that the City Manager receive authorizatio <br />to enter into an agreement with the State Water Control Board to establish a schedule for provid <br />secondary sewage treatment service at the Pinners Point Sewage Treatment Plant, and was adopted <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 85-403 Councilwoman Lucas <br />following Boards/Commissions: <br /> <br />offered the fcllowing nominations for ao~ointment to the <br /> <br />Board of Examination of Plumbers <br /> <br /> Edward C:lark, William H. Cherry; Ralph Wilson to be appointed for a term of four years, expiring <br />January 1, 1990, replacing Richard F.
