July 11, 2023 (j) The owners and/or operators of the establishment shall not violate any laws of the Commonwealth or ordinances of the City related to peace and good order, nor suffer repeated or chronic violations by patrons or customers. If the Chief of Police, in their discretion, determines that there are violations of this type so as to comprise a significant law enforcement issue, they may notify the applicant in writing and provide a copy of such notice to the Zoning Administrator, which may result in the initiation of proceedings for the revocation of this Use Permit. The applicant is concurrently requesting a Use Permit for the self-service storage facility use (UP-23-11). The Future Land Use Map of the Build One Portsmouth Comprehensive Plan designates this property for Mixed-Use Employment. The property is owned by the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA). Planning Commission recommends approval. 1. Don Scott, 355 Crawford Street, presented the application. 2. The property is currently zoned Downtown (D1) in the T5 sub-district. The applicant is concurrently requesting a Rezoning of the property to Conditional General Mixed-Use (GMU-K) zoning district (Z-23-04).
