Beamer, Sr., E. G. CQrprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, <br /> L. Louise Lucas, Gloria O. Webb, Morton F. Whitlow, George L. Hanbury, City <br /> Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />86-42 - The following caH for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 1986, for <br />the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the follo~ing: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />[2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards 8 Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by the £ollowing vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, lqebb, Whitlow, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - , - <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
