Joint Meeting with School Board - Dr. Bracy, Superintendent / Theodore Faulk, CFO <br /> <br />2. Zoning Amendment CA-23-01 - Jeff Miller, Deputy City Attorney <br /> There was a consensus of City Council to have the following additional language <br />˗ <br />added to the proposed code amendment: <br /> <br /> If Planning Commission previously recommended denial, then send back to <br />Planning Commission for review. <br /> There was a majority consensus of City Council to allow for a zero-time frame in <br />˗ <br />which development projects can be brought back for reconsideration if previously <br />denied by City Council. <br /> <br />3. Annual Re-Assessment Report - Patrick Dorris, City Assessor <br /> Councilman Tillage asked for a report comparing the revenue generated last year <br />˗ <br />versus the proposed revenue generated this year to provide a discount to residents <br />that cannot apply for senior and disabled veteran relief. <br /> <br />4.
