That's my cell. <br />I'm calling from my landline. I was born and reared in Portsmouth moved away for a <br />while. Came back and have been back here for 21 years. I am appalled. That city <br />council is thinking of appointing Danny makes a City Manager. There is a reason he <br />wasn't voted in as mayor and I would like to go on record as opposing his nomination. <br />A city manager, I don't know what background and educational experience he brings to <br />the job, but I'm very much did not want to see him in that position.
