Regardless if he is a candidate for mayor, it was going to be paid in full by him. <br />Think of the money that your poor leadership just cost the taxpayers. It’s almost as if you <br />want to keep the controversy alive for political gain!! However, I would like to know will money be moved in order to help <br />businesses in Portsmouth recover from this pandemic? Other cities have announced loan <br />or grant programs.
