388 <br /> <br />July 22, 1986 <br /> <br />PARCEL 9 <br /> <br /> Agreement in the nature of an easement respecting that triangular portion of <br />property bounded on the east by the proFerty of the United States Coast Guard, <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and on the west and north sides by First Street the property <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and described as follows: The southerly quarter <br />of said parcel marked by an iron rod in the ground lies one hundred and six and <br />seventy-one hundredths (106.71] feet in northwesterly direction along a bearing <br />line of north twenty-two ~22) degrees twenty (20) minutes west from an iron pin <br />marked with the northeast corner of the intersection of Wythe and First Streets, <br />thence eighty-seven and thirty-one hundredths (87.31~ feet along a line of bearing <br />of north seventeen (17) degrees twenty-five (25) minutes west to a point of one <br />hundred twenty-three and eighty-nine (123.89) feet, southeast of an iron pmn mark- <br />ing the southeast corner of the intersection of Bart and First Streets, thence <br />seven and forty-eight hundredths (7.48) feet in a southwesterly direction on a <br />bearing line of north sixty-seven (67) degrees forty (40) minutes east to a corner <br />of a fence, thence eighty-seven 187) feet along the fence and concrete endwall of <br />culvert under First Street to iron rod, point of beginning bearing line north <br />twenty-two (22) degrees twenty (20) minutes west.
