Pastor Kelvin Turner, 216 Hatton Street, voiced his concern with the things that are <br />contributing to the lack of development in the City and suggested ways to move the <br />City forward. <br /> <br />2. Sergio Neil, 1560 Darren Circle, asked that all community organizations be treated <br />fairly with regards to the use of City facilities. <br /> <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, voiced his concern with the budget <br />surveys conducted by management. <br /> <br /> Mr. Moody asked for and received a consensus from City Council to have staff <br /> <br />comeback with how to improve the survey and how to make it a more useful tool. <br /> <br /> <br /> Dr. Patton, City Manager, informed City Council that staff will work on the process <br />for the 2020 budget. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
