<br />-Observance of President’s Day, Monday, February 19, 2018. There will be no
<br />garbage, recycling or bulk collection and which have been rescheduled for
<br />Wednesday, February 21, 2018.

<br /> Dr. Patton, City Manager, provided an update on the issue of snow plowing.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Rowe asked for and received a consensus of City Council to have Dr. Patton,
<br />
<br />City Manager, come back with a comprehensive report on snow removal from primary,
<br />secondary, and tertiary roads to include the cost, advantages/disadvantages, and the
<br />use of sub-contractors.

<br /> Debra White, City Clerk, informed City Council and citizens that the February 26, 2018
<br />
<br />Public Work Session will be held at Churchland Middle School.
