Norcom High School. <br /> <br />17 - 514 - Report on Pending Items <br /> <br /> <br /> Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the November 14, 2017 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />17 - 515 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Deandre Barnes, 218 Boat Street, asked that the City partner with nonprofit <br />organizations. <br /> <br />2. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, voiced her concern with items that were <br />discussed at the November 27, 2017 Public Work Session. <br /> <br />3. Garland Alexander, 2913 Tanbark Lane, thanked City Council for providing a bonus <br />to the Police and Fire retirees. <br /> <br />4. Pamela Wilkins, 805 Elm Avenue, voiced her concern with the high grass on <br />property owned by CSX railroad. <br /> <br /> Dr. Whitaker asked that Dr. Patton, City Manager, to provide a report explaining the <br /> <br />difference in the ordinance with regards to citing properties with high grass as it <br />pertains to residents and private corporations. <br /> <br /> Mr. Moody informed Staff of high grass at I-164 and asked that a letter of citation be <br /> <br />sent. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
