Louise Lucas <br /> <br />86-399 %he following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend ~ called meeting of the City Council to be held <br /> n the Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street. <br /> 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 1986, for the purpose of con- <br />sidering a motion to go into an executive session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an <br />~xeculve session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Code of <br /> inia to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> 1. The condition, acquisition and use of real proper~y for <br />public purposes as permitted under subsection (a) (2); <br /> <br /> 2. The disposition of publicly held property as permitted und~ <br /> ~ubsection (a) (2); <br /> <br />3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff <br />nembers pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other legal <br /> within the jurisdiction of the City Council as permitted <br /> subsection (a) (6); <br /> <br /> 4.
