The City Manager is hereby authorized to take such further actions, execute <br />such additional documents, and grant such further assurances as may be reasonably <br />necessary to implement the intent of this resolution. The City Attorney shall provide all <br />legal representation and assistance needed to implement this resolution. <br /> <br /> 5. Truck fogging will continue <br />th <br />through Thursday, June 29 and aerial spraying will take place Wednesday, June <br />th <br />28. <br />th <br /> <br />-July 4 Music on the Waterfront, 8 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., at the former Holiday Inn site. <br />Fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />-Sunset Thursdays at Portside 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. <br />th <br /> <br />-Shagging on High Street, Saturday, July 8, 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. <br /> <br />th <br /> Mr. Moody informed citizens and City Council of Historic Cradock’s 99 Annual <br /> <br />th <br />Children’s Bike Parade and Patriotic Salute, Tuesday, July 4, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> Dr. Whitaker asked for and received a consensus of City Council to include an <br /> <br />educational portion to the upcoming SPSA briefing informing citizens of who handles <br />the black trash can, the blue trash can, and the trash put on curbs. <br /> <br />17 - 275 - Report on Pending Items <br /> <br />There were no pending items. <br /> <br />17 - 276 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1.
