Railroad Line located in Ch~rchland should be <br />relocated to the median of the Western Freeway._ With the first <br />phase of the Western Freeway now under construction it is imperative <br />that action be taken now to ensure that the rail line is relocated <br />at the least possible cost. <br /> <br /> Attached for your consideration is a resolution prepared by <br />the City Attorney which addresses the major pomnts.
