<br />Mayor Holley called the meeting to order.
<br />
<br />Bishoo Talley offered prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegi-

<br />The following members of the School Board were present:

<br />Dr. Willie Mae W. Beamon, Helen Davis, Kathryn T. Gravatt,
<br />James M. Pickrell, Robert E. Spencer, Jr., Bishop Thomas
<br />E. Talley, Dr. Rondle E. Edwards, Supt. of Schools.

<br />)roposal for I. C. Norcom High School.

<br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas ad seconded by Mr. Corprew to suspend the
<br />rules for citizen to speak, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
