Rosemary Thornton, 2023 Meadow Lakes, Norfolk, spoke in opposition to removing <br />the Confederate Monument. <br /> <br />3. Randy Strutton, 4704 Rivershore Road, gave a progress report of the reestablished <br />Cradock Committee. <br /> <br />4. Betty Ashbury, 5218 Cobblehill Road, read comments, from an article, made by <br />members of the clergy in Portsmouth. <br /> <br />5. Julie Boone, 3504 Pine Road, voiced her concern with City Council’s focus on <br /> removing the Confederate Monument rather than other issues plaguing the City. <br /> <br />6. Zoe James, 8 Prospect Parkway, asked that City Council reinstate funds to the <br /> Police Department Crime Prevention Unit. <br /> <br />7.
