Robert Gray <br /> <br />87-78 The following call for tbs meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held <br />in the Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, <br />~t ~:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 1987 for the purpose pfa public <br />~ork session on an appeal from the Commission of Architectural Revi~ <br />ieferred from the publ£c work session of February 2~, 1987. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an executive <br />~ession. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 87-62 - A public work session was held for the appeal from <br />William J. Pearce regarding a decision of the Commission of ~rchi- <br />tecturaI Review-Port Norfolk'P~rk View, concerning 317 Maryland <br />Avenue, deferred from the public work session of February 24, 1987. <br /> <br /> Ernest Freeman, City Planner, presented additional information <br />as requested by City Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. William J. Pearce was present and addressed City Council <br />in response to questions raised. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb to concur with the desision <br />smon of Architectural Review-Port NorfolkZPark View, <br />lack of a second. <br /> <br />of the gommis- <br />l'ast due to th~ <br /> <br /> Motion of ~{r.
