203 March 10, 1987 At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, March 0, 1987, there were present: James W. Holley, III, E. G. Corprew, Jr., L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Manbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. Absent: Jack P. Barnes, J. Robert Gray 87-78 The following call for tbs meeting was read: "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, ~t ~:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 1987 for the purpose pfa public ~ork session on an appeal from the Commission of Architectural Revi~ ieferred from the publ£c work session of February 2~, 1987. In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an executive ~ession. By order of the Mayor." 87-62 - A public work session was held for the appeal from William J. Pearce regarding a decision of the Commission of ~rchi- tecturaI Review-Port Norfolk'P~rk View, concerning 317 Maryland Avenue, deferred from the public work session of February 24, 1987. Ernest Freeman, City Planner, presented additional information as requested by City Council. Mr. William J. Pearce was present and addressed City Council in response to questions raised. Motion of Mrs. Webb to concur with the desision smon of Architectural Review-Port NorfolkZPark View, lack of a second. of the gommis- l'ast due to th~ Motion of ~{r.
