Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, UP 87-5 for a nursin nome on proper~y lying on the west side of ~avalier Boulevard and south of Greenwood Drive, and was approved on first reading, and was adopted by 4-0-1 (Abstaining-Lucas) vote. ~ Councilperson Lucas stated she would, abstain inasmuch as the STOP organization had entered into a joint management agreement the Alliance Life Care Corporation.
