Betty Ashberry, 5218 Cobblehill Road, informed City Council of changes she would <br />like to see in the City. <br />2. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke in Principles of Liberty #10. <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, voiced his concern with City Council not <br />taking action to roll back the increase in vehicle registration fees for the next fiscal <br />year. <br />4. John Chappell, 14 Sebago Drive, voiced his concern with the lack of rights for <br />renters. <br />5.
