January 14, 2014 <br />Financial Impact <br />• The appropriation of $99,960 and $72,340 will increase the funding in the Fiscal <br />Year 2013 -2014 Portsmouth Public Schools Operating Budget. <br />Recommended Action: <br />• Adoption of the ordinance. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, spoke in support of the resign to run <br />provision in the City Charter. <br />2. Barry Shepard, 2000 Atlanta Avenue, asked that a section of the City Code be <br />changed to allow cab companies to charge for tolls. <br />3. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on Principle of Liberty #15. <br />4. Frances Jones, 600 Yorktown Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />methadone clinic. <br />5.
