Moody, Jr., Marlene <br />W. Randall, Elizabeth M. Psimas, Dr. Curtis E. Edmonds, Sr., Danny W. Meeks, City <br />Manager John L. Rowe, Jr., City Attorney George M. Willson, City Assessor, Janey H. <br />Culpepper, City Auditor Jesse A. Thomas. <br />13 - 294 -The following call for the meeting was read: <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at the Bide-A-Wee <br />Pavilion, 1 Bide-A-Wee Drive, 9:00 a.m., Friday, July 12, 2013 for the purpose of a <br />Council Retreat. <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br />By order of the Mayor." <br />13 - 295 -The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br />1.
