Louise Lucas 87-209 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held the City Council/City Manager Conference Room, 6th floor of City 801 Crawford Street, at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 1987 purpose of a public work session on Ooerating Budget for FY 87 In addition you may consider a motion to go into an executive session. By order of the Mayor." 87-210(a) A public work session was held on budget matters. 87-210(b) - Motion of Mrs. into an executive session in the Code of Virginia to discuss Lucas and seconded by Mr. Gray, to accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the following: 1. The consideration, acquisition and use of real property for public purposes as permitted under subsection (a) (2); 2. Consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under subsection (a) (1); 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other legal within the jurisdiction of the City Council as permitted nder subsection (a) (6); 4. The disposition of publicly held property as permitted subsection (a) (2); 5. Cons%Reration of appointments by the City Council as per-~ under subsection (a) (1).
