E. Maguire and for the appropriati <br />of $810,715 for continued work at PortCentre." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Simpson, the fol- <br />lowing ordinance was approved on f}?rst reading, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $810,715 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PORTCENTRE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II." <br /> <br /> 8~-240 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption <br />an ordinance to appropriate $671,000 from the Capita] Improvement <br />Fund for street improvements on Bart and South Street from ~ffin <br />to Court and award of contract. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> "The 1986-91 Capital Improvement Program allocates funds for <br />treetscape, Phase III, Bart and South Street Improvements.
