Corprew, Jr., J. Robert <br />Gray, J. Herbert Simpson, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, <br />II, City Manager, Steve~ Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />* Absent: Jack P. Barnes, L. Louise Lucas <br /> <br />87-271 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a ~pecial called meeting of the City Council <br />to be held in the City Council/City Manager Conference Room, 6th <br />floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />June 22, 1987, to consider a motion to go into an executive'session <br />for the purpose of discussing Personnel Matters. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded SimFson, no go into an execu- <br />tive session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Code of <br />Virginia to discuss Personnel Matters, and was adopted by unanimous <br />vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />* Councilwoman Lucas arrived for the executive session at f.20 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
