October 22, 2012 <br />At a Called Meeting of the City Council on Monday, October 22, 2012, there were <br />present: <br />Mayor Kenneth I. Wright, Vice Mayor Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr., William E. Chick-Fil-A Update -Mallory Kahler, Local Enterprise Zone Administrator <br />12 - 417 -Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Cherry, to go into Closed Meeting <br />pursuant to Virginia Code 2.2-3711 (A)(1) to discuss a personnel matter. <br />The subject of the meeting is an individual employee of the City. <br />The purpose of the meeting is to discuss confidential personnel information. <br />
