Steve Hagwood, 440 High Street, with Center for Community Development Inc. <br />(CCDI) asked for tax abatement for several properties in the City. <br />2. Maury Cooke, 204 Swimming Point Walk, with CCDI asked for tax abatement for <br />several properties in the City. <br />3. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with various issues within the City. <br />4. Larry Gump, 2931 Radcliff, voiced his concern with the public display of divisiveness <br />amongst City Council <br />5. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, spoke in opposition to moving the jail from the <br />waterfront. <br />6. Pat Simons, 801 Mimosa Road, voiced her concern with the Parks, Recreation and <br />Leisure Services Master Plan. She asked that City Council hire a full time auditor. <br />7. Katina Barnes, 447 Weeping Cedar Trail, Chesapeake, informed City Council and <br />citizens of the Breast Cancer Victory Walk that will take place from 9 am - 11 am, <br />September 15, 2012. <br />8. Tuwanna Okafor, P. O.
