Moody, Jr., Stephen E. Heretick, Paige D. Cherry, <br />Curtis E. Edmonds, Sr., City Manager Kenneth L. Chandler, Senior Deputy City <br />Attorney George M. Willson. <br /> <br />12 - 51 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />th <br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the 6 Floor <br />Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 13, 2012 for the <br />purpose of a Public Work Session. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />12 - 52 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1. Update of Downtown Master Utility Plan – Bryan Foster, Director of Public Utilities <br /> <br />2.
