Griffin, Sr. to be reappointed to fill a four year term ending August 31, 2004. Herman Terry to be reappointed to fill a four year term ending August 31, 2004. PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY Diane P. Griffin to be reappointed to fill a four year term ending August 31, 2004. SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BOARD Lloyd Beazley to be reappointed to fill a four year term ending September 30, 2004. Rachel Benzie to be reappointed to fill a four year term ending September 30, 2004.
