Joe Wright, 1451 Welcome Road, voiced his concern with how City Council <br />conducted themselves at a recent Public Work Session. <br /> <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with various issues within the City. <br /> <br />3. Delores Knight, 33 Kennedy Drive, voiced her concern with statements made by <br />several members of City Council with regards to tolls. <br /> <br />4. Tonya Hodnett, 3601 Blaine Street, spoke on behalf of Mr. Calvin Williams with <br />regards to driveway repairs. <br /> <br />5. Paul Epps, 3835 Flagship Way, voiced his concern with tickets he has received for <br />parking on his property. <br /> <br />6. Gwendolyn Davis, 7 N. Point Drive, voiced her concern with the lack of contracts <br />being awarded to women and minority owned businesses at the local and state <br />level. <br /> <br />7.
