Hermon Senior Citizens, spoke concerning conditions at the <br />Joseph E, Parke~ Recreation Center and presented a petition <br />requesting improvements, si~ned by'"Del~is Lewis and others": <br />also Mr. Hines' requested that the cement area of playground be <br />turn into a ten~is court and two additional basketball courts; <br />inquired about transportation for the children involved in the <br />City-wide basketball pro~ram. He agreed to use City plans for <br />the concessio~ stand. <br /> <br /> 87~487 -~J~sse H. Lassiter, 508 Powhatan Avenue, spoke <br />concerning the sale of alcoholic beverage at City Park <br />Concession area and asked Council to respond to his concerns. <br /> <br /> Councilman Barnes, requested to City Manager look into the <br />matter and the concerns be brought back to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
