<br />Mayor Webb welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br />adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />City Clerk, Miss Jan Pittman, Mrs. Pittman's daughter held the

<br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Gray, to appoint
<br />Demetrice L. Pope and Dolores A. Moore, Deputy City Clerks, and
<br />was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 88-51 - A resolution adopted at the City Council meeting
<br />of January 26, 1988, was presented to Mrs. Thelma Neal, in
<br />recognition of the late Lt. Charles O. Neal.
