Mayor Webb opened the meeting with the following remarks: "This evening the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners joins City Council i~~ ' providing the public with an opportunity to comment on several proposed activities. To summarize,~th~'first item for consideratTon is amending the Crawford Project to extend the project boundaries so that the property at 909 County~Street Can~be~acquired~by,~P~HA. The acquired site will be made available for future redevelopment. The second item to consider is the establishment of a conservation project for the Shes Terrace neighborhood. The inclusion of this neighborhood in the conservation program will enable homeowners to secure below market interest rate loans to rehabilitate their homes.
