<br /> WHEREAS, Parcel 5 of the River Pointe development, referred to as Section 5 in
<br />the application for Group Housing Use Permit (GHP-00-01), was rezoned from
<br />Residential R-150 to Residential R-75-K (Conditional) by Ordinance No. 1985-41
<br />adopted by the City Council on May 14, 1985; and
