As a result of unforeseen <br />problems, the Director of General Services recommends replacement <br />of the Main Library roof, the roof on the Community Arts Center, <br />and a pbr~ion of the roof!at Fire~ Department Headquarters. The <br />Director indicates that these are his highest priorities for the <br />current year. The Department of General Services workieg closely <br />with the Purchasing Office developed specifications for the three <br />project~ and solicited bids from~over 15 roofing contractors.
