Griffin, <br />Kenneth M~ Sedlacko~ Architects, A.I.A, Ltd.~as~shown on plans <br />designated for "Kingman Place Apartments", the project consisting <br />of thirteen (13) two bedroom and four (4) three bedroom units, <br />such correspOndenCe and~planS~b~ing m&de~a part~hereof~ is hereby <br />granted approval subject to the following terms~and conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) A solid eight' (8') foot.-high wood fence must be erected <br />around the east and north ~roperty lines and~a-fo~r (4') foot high <br />wood fence'must be erected on the-w~st property line from Turnpike <br />Road approximately 190 + feet with an eight (8') foot high wood <br />fence from said point a~ong the west property line to the north <br />proper~y-line. <br /> <br /> (2) Trash collection dumpsters must be provided between <br />buildings two and three. <br /> <br /> (3) The site plan to be made a part hereo~ is to be revised <br />so as to provide an access road to connect this project with <br />parcels to the west should such parcels be developed for <br />multi-family dwellings, such site plan to be submitted to the <br />Department of Engineering and Technical Services for review and <br />approval. As a result of unforeseen <br />problems, the Director of General Services recommends replacement <br />of the Main Library roof, the roof on the Community Arts Center, <br />and a pbr~ion of the roof!at Fire~ Department Headquarters. The <br />Director indicates that these are his highest priorities for the <br />current year. The Department of General Services workieg closely <br />with the Purchasing Office developed specifications for the three <br />project~ and solicited bids from~over 15 roofing contractors.
