Wright, Vice Mayor Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr., William E. Moody, Jr., <br />Marlene W. Randall, Paige D. Cherry, Dr. Curtis E. Edmonds, Sr., City Manager <br />Kenneth L. Chandler, City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />11 - 57 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the 6th Floor <br />Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 7, 2011 for the <br />purpose of a Public Work Session. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />11 - 58 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1. HBA Courthouse Construction Presentation - Robert Williams, Owner, Tri-City <br />Developers <br /> <br />2. Vision Hampton Roads - Dana Dickens, President and CEO, Hampton Roads <br />Partnership <br /> <br />3.
