<br />364 <br /> <br />October 26. 2010 <br /> <br />10 - 498 - Items Submitted by Council Members <br /> <br />There were no items submitted. <br /> <br />10 - 499 - Report on Pending Items <br /> <br />. Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the October 12, 2010 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />. Paul Holt, Deputy City Manager, provided an update on the concerns from the <br />citizens of the First Watch/River Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />10 - 500 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Randi Strutton, 4704 River Shore Road, gave an update on the Hoffler Creek Wildlife <br />Foundation. <br /> <br />2. AI Holmes, 115 Keeper Street, asked the City Council for a stop work order for the <br />current project taking place in the First Watch/River Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />3. Eric Wilson, 459 Douglas Avenue, voiced his opposition to the proposed Hull's Creek <br />Project. <br /> <br />4. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, asked for help with regards to the ditch in the <br />Highland Biltmore neighborhood. <br /> <br />5. Delores Knight, 33 Kennedy Drive, read a letter from Laura Summers addressing <br />comments made by a Councilmember. <br /> <br />6. Ezell Battle, 2009 Deep Creek Boulevard, voiced her concern with what she believes <br />is damage being done to her mother's property by excessive truck traffic in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />7. Leon Mortimer, 506 Summers Place, asked for help with regard to the ditch in the <br />Highland Biltmore neighborhood. <br /> <br />8. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, spoke on various issues within th~ City. <br /> <br />9. John Lifsey, 229 Mt. Vernon Avenue, voiced his opposition to the proposed Hull's <br />Creek project. <br /> <br />10. David Cartier, 301 London Street, spoke on the importance of tourism for the City. <br /> <br />11. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, expressed his appreciation to <br />various community leaders and organizations for their part in the election process. <br /> <br />12. Clarence Grimes, 102 Reflection Way, voiced his frustrations with the current <br />project taking place in the First Watch/River Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />13.
