Robert Gray, <br />Jack P. Barnes, E. G. Corprew, Jr.*, James C. Hawks, <br />L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson. <br /> <br />Council appointees: William E. Froehlich, City Assessor, <br />George L. Hanbury, II, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, <br />City Attorney, Sheila Powell Pittman, City Clerk <br /> <br />89-26 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a special called meeting of the city Council <br />to be held in the Council Conference Room, 6th floor of City Hall, <br />801 Crawford Street, Tuesday, January 17, 1989, at 3:00 p.m. for <br />the purpose of considering a motion to go into an Executive <br />Session t~ discuss Council appointees evaluations. <br /> <br />By order of th~ Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Hawks, to go into an <br />executive session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Code <br />off Virginia to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> 1.
