Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the August 10, 2010 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />10 - 404 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Amy O'Donnell, 209 Douglas Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />development of the former Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />2. Monica Sparks-Williams, 400 Lake Shores Drive, spoke in opposition to the <br />proposed development of the former Port Norfolk Elementary School site <br /> <br />3. William Connolly, 475 Water Street, voiced his concern with the excessive charges <br />on the water bill and also on the overall cost of living in the City. <br /> <br />4. Walter Bell, 236 Maryland Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed development <br />of the former Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Ani .
