348 <br /> February ~4,~t989 <br /> <br />certain plat entitled "Plat To Accompany Right-Of-Way Agreement, <br />City Of Portsmouth, Virginia, Plat NOo 24-88-0144", attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, subj~c~ to. the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Virginia Power Company shall submit for approval by <br />the City a site plan of the subject property to include curb and <br />gutter around the property and screening of the two new <br />electrical switches and the existing transformer by a six foot <br />privacy fence of type and materials to be approved by the City. <br /> <br /> 2.
