Suburban Parkway, spok~ in opposition <br />a new high school being bui~lt. <br /> <br /> Portsmouth Blvd~ sp~k%.c~nc~rning the <br /> Suffolk' and in Op~ositiont to~building <br /> <br /> 4249 Morgate Lane, spoke~con~e~n!ing <br /> expenditures by school board memberS. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by~ Mr. Barnes, to <br />assign the City Attorney to in~esti~ate th~ con~erh, anti, Was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. ~ <br /> <br /> 89-112 - Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded b~ Mr. Simpson, <br />to go into an executive session in accordance w~th Section <br />2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia to discuss~tlYe f.ollowin~: <br /> <br /> 1. The condition, acquisition and use of real property <br /> 2 - <br />for public purposes as permitted under subsection. (a) ( ), <br /> <br /> 2. Consideration of a personnel matter as~ permitted under <br />subsection (a) (1); <br /> <br /> 3. Consultation with City Attorney and b~iefing by staff <br />members pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other <br />legal matters within the 3urisdiction of the City Council as <br />permitted under subsection (a) (6); <br /> <br /> 4. The disposition of publicly held property as permitted <br />under subsection (a) (2); <br /> <br /> 5.
