Mrs. Lu~as left the~m~eltin~ at 7:45 p.~. Motion of Mr. Gray ~n~ seconded by Mr. ~i~psbn, to go into Executive Session ~n accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virgi~i~'a/to discuss the~ following: 1. Condition, acquisition and use of ~eal property for p~bli~c ~u~p~ses as p~r~it~e~u~der subsectio~ ( 2.
