Eastes appointed as Co-Chairperson. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to close the <br />nominationS~ and there being no further nominations, the above <br />members were elected to the designated Boards/Commissions, and was <br />adopted by 6-1 [Simpson) vote. <br /> <br /> 89-153 - Janice Johnson, 3604 Carter R~ad, spoke concerning <br />pronographic videos. <br /> <br /> Kathy Larrew, 3501 Carter Road, spoke concerning <br />enforcing pornography laws. ~ <br /> <br /> Mayor requested that the speakers bring the videos they have <br />to the attention of the proper law enforcement officals. <br /> <br /> 89-154 - Joseph E.
