<br />ordinance to include a decrease in the following line item Judicial Category from
<br />$17,720,925 to $17,411,132 a decrease of $309,793 and to maintain a balanced budget
<br />increase the following line item Transfers and Contingencies from $61,024,352 to
<br />$61,334,145 an increase of $309,793, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br />GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2010."
