Ward Robinett, Chairman, Danny Cruce, Executive Director, Hal Short, Gordon Wheatley Absent: Ernest Hardee, Rita Scott Forrest In the Public Work Session concerning Flea Markets Council will reconsider th~ Flea Market ordinance at a joint Public Hearing with the Planning Commission. Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Simpson to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia to discuss the following: 1o Consideration, acquisition ~nd use Of real property for public purposes as permitted under subsection (a) (2); 2. Consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under subsection (a) (1); 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff members pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other legal matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council as permitted ~nder subsection (a) (6);
