Consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under <br />subsection (a) (1); <br /> <br /> 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff <br />members pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other <br />legal matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council as <br />permitted ~nder subsection (a) (6); <br /> <br /> <br />
