Robert Gray, James <br />Hawks, L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson, George L. <br />Hanbury, II, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />89-316 - Public Hearing on rezoning application: <br /> <br />Z-89-14 <br /> <br /> (a) CHURCHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD - Towne Point <br /> Road Partners, by J. Slone, for <br /> property at the southwest corner of <br /> Dunkirk and P.ierce Streets. <br /> <br /> David R. Tynch, T©wne Point Road Partners, representing <br />applicant, spoke in support of the rezoning application. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mrs. Lucas to concur <br />with the recommendation of the Planning CoMmission that Z-89-14 be <br />approved on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 89- 318 - Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Simpson to <br />convene tomorrow's regular meeting at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering a motion to go int~ executive session. <br /> <br /> On motion meeting was adjourned at <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Sr. Deputy Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
