October 10, 1989 On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to adopt to award the project of replacement sidewalks as requested and award the contract to the low bidder, North Landing Line Construction Company, and by the following vote: Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Nays: None Abstain: Hawks Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb Councilman Hawks abstained from voting due to owning property in the effected area. 89-414 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of a motion for the City Treasurer and the Director of Finance to refund the following (without interest): (Voice Vote) Personal Property $ $78~72 to Fred E. Bouchard "The Commissioner of Revenue is requesting the following refunds (without interest) for Personal Property Tax that was paid erroneously: As listed above.
