The anticipated project ~ost, <br />$585,000,' was'appropriated on April ~2~ 1989. The Co~onwealth <br />Trans-portaffion Board has allocated for reimbursement to the '. <br />City, subject to certain contingencies, a total of $442,500'from <br />the industrial access fund to assist in providing access to this <br /> industrial:site. ~ ' ~ <br /> <br /> Bids were received on October 12, 1989.
