Broughton, 32 Early Drive, representing <br />self, spoke and asked for a clarification on the action taken on <br />Item 89-365 of the November 14, 1989 Council meeting and asked <br />for a copy of the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />89-462 Mr. Hawks asked that the Boy Scouts and Students <br />present at the meeting stand and be recognized. Members of Boy <br />Scout Troop 216 of River Park stood. Students of Churchland <br />High School government classes were recognized. <br /> <br />89-463 Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Simpson to <br />go into Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />2.1-344 of the Code Of Virginia, to discuss: <br /> <br />(1) a personnel mater as permitted under subsection (A) <br /> (1) <br /> <br />and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Gray, pursuant <br />to Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code o'f Virginia certifying that to <br />the best of the Council Member's knowledge during the <br />immediately preceding ExecBti~e Session of the City Council: <br /> <br />Only public ~business matters lawfully exempted from <br />open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of <br />Information Act, and <br /> <br /> <br />
