<br />079 <br /> <br />October 27. 2009 <br /> <br />09 - 545 - Items Submitted by Council Members <br /> <br />~ Mr. Moody asked that Management Staff have school crossing lights repaired on <br />Cedar Lane in Churchland. <br /> <br />09 - 546 - Report on Pending Items <br /> <br />. Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the October 13, 2009 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />09 - 547 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Lorenzo Grandison, 42 Dale Drive, voiced his concern with school personnel and <br />policies. <br /> <br />2. Reggie Allen, 1421 Wilcox Avenue, asked that City Council appropriate funds for a <br />fire station in the Truxton neighborhood. <br /> <br />3. Martha Ann Creecy, 317 Dinwiddie Street, voiced her concern with the constant <br />flooding in Olde Towne. <br /> <br />4.
