Mrs. Helen Hampton Jones, 1006 Robinson Road, representing the Central Civic Forum spoke concerning the selection process for School Board Members. ~ ~ Mr. Barnes offered the following .~ominations for appointments to the following Boards/Commissions: Board of Building Code App~&ls: Gilbert Bailey to be appointed ending September 1, 1991, replacing Richard P. Molenaar.
