<br />1. School Board
<br />
<br />Curbside Recycling Collection Program
<br />
<br /> 90-70 -~-Mot~on of~Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Hawks to go
<br />into Executive~Session,~pu~suant to provisions of Section~ 2.1-344
<br />of the Code of-Vi~ginia, for the purpose of:
<br />
<br /> (1) Consideration of a ~.cond.ition or use of real property
<br />for public purpose citywide, as permitted under Subsection (A)
<br />(3); and
<br />
<br /> (2) Consultation with legal~,cou~nse~ and briefing by staff
<br />members pertaining to two separate items of expenditure which
<br />require ~the provisiOn~ of legal advice~, ~as permitted under
<br />Subsect,ion (A)'~(7)~;~ a~nd
<br />
<br /> (3) Discussion of candidates for employment by the School
<br />Board, as permitted under Subsection (A) (1).

<br />to Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying that to
<br />the best Of the~CounCi~l Member's knowledge during the
<br />immediately ,preceding Executive Session of the City Council:

<br />open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of
